My p1 line was bad and interrupted most of the time from Jan 22 till Mac 14, 2010. I had made so many complaints and no body attended the interruption until the p1 was repaired from Mac 12-14.

Now i need you to rebate my Bill For Jan 22-Feb 14(Bill No: B1-3230852) and Bill For Feb14- Mac14,2010(Bill No:B1-3545517), and I notice the whole month of Jan 22-Feb14, and Feb14-Mac14, were not made rebate fairly and appropriately as it is only rebated Rgt 1.75 only, instead of minimum** Rgt 24.50; as the whole period of Jan22-Feb14, and Feb14-Mac14, more than 50% daily usable times the P1 line were interrupted most times for 12-15 hours everyday during the period from Jan 22-Mac14, 2010.

So, the last Bill No B1-3230852 must be rebated min,Rgt 24.50 (not just rebate Rgt1.75 only), and that for Bill No B1-3545517, it must be rebated min Rgt 2450 ( which will be reflected in Mac14-April 14, 2010 Bill for April month soon).

I hope you can take note of the rebates which are not fair to me as user of the problematic P1 W1Max interrrupted services all the time for last 2 months from Jan22-Mac14, 2010.

Moral of the story: Do your homework first. Perform a speed test on each broadband/wimax provider. <<– i think this 'moral of the story' should refers to yourself.

TELCO said: Go subscribe to TM Net Streamyx with no limit, but with best-effort basis speed.

Streamyx says 'unlimited use' but not 'unlimited usage', there's a difference between the two. Thats why i said it is you who should do your homework better.
W1max is a best bet to replace those pesky Streamyx. I notice most people think that 20GB of fair usage threshold a month is low but mind you that it was the highest a broadband company gave in Malaysia. Mind you that only Streamyx never reveal their fair usage policy numbers. All of the other broadband providers put it on their contract registration form on how many GB their giving. Fair Usage Policy means that they will throttle your speed down if you exceed the amount given. You can still download and surf the net but in slower pace.
