In order to activate Celcom 3G services, you need to:
- Upgrade simcard at any Celcom branches. Once completed, you need to activate it.
- Send the request to get the setting and configuration via SMS. Type SET and send to 20999.
- Install all the settings received
Alternatively, you can download settings and activate Celcom GPRS/3G service by calling Celcom Customer Service.

We have facing line connection problems. Up load and down load is zero(0). Totally can’t do any up and down files. Sometime, cannot view the pate of internet. We had make complained to the agent which we got the boardband. But, no any respond until now. Pls tell me what should i need to do now? If i want to cancel it, is it possible to get back the money? Pls adv imm.
