Celcom Broadband better than Maxis Broadband?
Personally, I’m a Maxis Broadband customer. My sister subscribed to Celcom Broadband and I’m impressed!
Coverage Area in Kampungs
When she ‘balik kampung’, I saw she frequently online with Facebook. My kids borrowed her laptop to play online games like Playhouse Disney and Cartoon Network. I know the download limit is low, but she tends to download a lot of MP3s!
Even with GPRS connection, it seems to be fast. I can say, Maxis Broadband connection in the big city sucks!
Probably too many people connect to the broadband. But I salute Celcom Broadband, in penetrating rural and remote areas in Malaysia.
Even though the coverage area is not too wide (in fact signal fluctuating), people from kampungs will benefit much from it.
Government Package
Not to mention, she’s a teacher. Therefore, she’s eligible for the Celcom Broadband Government Package. If i’m not mistaken, it only costs her RM50. Normal billing cycle would be RM68. An RM18 save.
